E. E. Cummings - Spring is like a perhaps hand

"Spring is like a perhaps hand (which comes carefully out of Nowhere)arranging a window,
into which people look(while people stare arranging and changing placing carefully there a strange thing and a known thing here) and
changing everything carefullyspring is like a perhaps Hand in a window (carefully to and fro moving New and Old things,
while people stare carefully moving a perhaps fraction of flower here placing an inch of air there)andwithout breaking anything."
I see this picture and the poem realting to each other because in the poem it talks about having a perhaps hand. To me that would mean to have a steady or precise hand that is sure of what it is doing. This picture to me represents a hand that has a purpose instead of just a random lost hand. This hand to me looks like it is reaching for something significant and has a specific purpose.
